BLKHLTH Conversations: Balancing Mental Health and Chronic Illness

We're bringing our signature event to Detroit!

BLKHLTH Conversations provides a safe space to discuss the unique challenges faced by Black communities on the intersections of racism and health.

This event offers an opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, learn from experts in the field, and access valuable local resources. Whether you are personally affected or interested in supporting others, this event is for you.

The panel discussion, hosted by Phil Lewis and featuring Dr. Femi Kassim, Adria Moses, and Jonathan Edwards, LMSW will take place from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM.

The entire event lasts from 1 PM to 6 PM and includes DJs, on-site health resources and services, and free food provided by Bert's Marketplace.

We'll have a great time, talk about important issues, and build community. Don't miss this - secure your spot today!
